Walmart Pharmacy

So I had the pleasure of speaking with this lady Katrina? I dont know her title in that department but Ive never dealt with such disrespect. I mean her attitude alone was just diplorable. I am a 75 year old lady and I probably wouldnt recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Even on their death bed because Im sure Miss Katrina would show them the SAME disrespect she showed me. Absolutely disgusting Walmart would even consider employees like this.

This Walmart Pharmacy is horrible!! On two different occasions this week, I had prescriptions called in. When I got to the pharmacy to pick up, they told me that the prescription was never called in!! Both times, the prescriptions HAD been called in, the pharmacist just had not listened to his audio voice messages. Today, my prescription was called in at 8:15am. It is now 3:45, and they are just now filling it!! (Only because we stood there until they filled it) When they accuse the doctors of not calling in prescriptions, yet it is their own fault for not DOING THEIR JOB, there is a problem!! I would highly recommend a different pharmacy.

We had a prescription here, the medicine was back ordered and staff never contacted us to inform us of the issue.
