Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacy staff members I've encountered lately are snappy and sometimes outright rude. I have had prescriptions filled there as needed and always had a great experience so when our longtime pharmacy closed we moved all our family prescriptions to Walmart. Some situations are out of their control like laws and availability of medications but they CAN control how they talk to the customer.

I have been a long time customer of this pharmacy, and there are just not enough words in the English dictionary to describe the overwhelming professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, respect and overall personalized care they show each and every time. Lance, the Pharmacy manager and Stacey CPT have been overseeing my care for many years and have been so very helpful to me through many difficult health issues I deal with on a daily basis, ALWAYS going above and beyond service I have never received at any other pharmacy anywhere. Hard to find today and very much appreciated!!!!!

I have problems getting my meds filled here. They don't call the Dr if the med doesn't go through. You go to pick it up and it's not filed.There may be no refills ,it may need prior approval. They don't follow through and you have to do all the legwork of calling your Dr and insurance. When I call the nurse she has already done her part but pharmacy hadn't filled it.
