Taffy, our Maltipoo, loves going to Lisa's! She always goes out of her way to make Taffy look beautiful and comfortable. Lisa is accommodating, easy to work with and we appreciate her very much!

I have used different groomers but none compared to the excellence that is done when Lisa grooms my poodle. Her expertise yes always the same. Plus, my little Lola loves Lisa.!!!!!

We've been using Lisa as a groomer for the better part of two years now, and rarely have any issues. That being said, there are some fundamental problems with her business and her ethics that I need to address. 1) If you own a business, answer your phone. It's not difficult. On MULTIPLE occasions, we have called and tried to schedule appointments only to have to leave messages and never be called back. We have had to instead go up to her establishment in person to make appointments which isn't exactly convenient and shouldn't even be necessary, which leads me to my second point. 2) If you schedule someone for a certain drop off time, make sure you're actually there. You get upset, I'm sure, when someone is late dropping their baby off but you are never on time when you have appointments scheduled unless you're already there. You have set business hours. Stick to them. We have been late to work/other appointments countless times because you have the mentality since you own your own business, you set your own hours. If your hours are 8-5, you need to be there from 8-5 at the minimum. If you're not going to be, you need to let your customers know you're not reliable so they stop wasting their time coming to you. We have been told to our faces that some days you don't come in at all because you're a grandmother now. So go be a grandmother. Don't try to run a business where other people rely on you if you're not a reliable person. Every time I come in, you are spaced out and scattered- which is probably why we were just left waiting on you for an HOUR because you couldn't be bothered to show up to YOUR business on time, for an appointment you said you'd be there for. For an appointment we scheduled THREE WEEKS in advance because that was the "earliest" you could get us in with the Christmas/New Year holiday. Our pup would have already been seen by now at any other establishment that actually honors and respects other people's time if not for the fact that we try to support small businesses if and when we can. If you charge late/cancellation fees for your customers who can't make it to their appointments and don't let you know, maybe they should start charging you for wasting their time as well. Absolutely ridiculous. This was the straw that broke the camel's back, you lost a customer.
