My son was killed in an auto accident. Terry Gross was referred to us by a friend and I thank God he was. I'd spoken to several lawyers prior to him and they were quick to want to take our claim without fully understanding all of the details. Terry and his team did their due diligence before meeting with us and then promptly declined our case! He explained that, given the circumstances, we could handle it ourselves and save the cost of an attorney. He'd also checked in and offered us advice leading up to the settlement call with the insurance which we just completed.
