Universal Painting not only did a great job on fixing our drywall and paint damage from Hurricane Sally, but they were prompt, professional and reliable. Overall we had a great experience with them and we will be using them in the future!

Universal Painting recently painted my master bedroom and master bath. They did the ceilings, baseboards and walls and we used 3 different colors. All of the rooms came out perfect. I am extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. They are very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to have here. They certainly pay attention to the small details. They did a great job with the prep work as well as the clean up and moving items back to where they were. Besides all of that, they are very nice people. I am planning on having them come back to paint the rest of my house as well. You definitely can't go wrong with this company.

This company was absolutely the best! Our home looks like a brand new home and the work was outstanding. Painted all the interior of the house along with taking down popcorn ceiling and repairing damage and replacing with orange peel ceiling. Painted all our trim white (previously it was stained). Replaced all door knobs and hinges. I highly recommend this company, their work was excellent and they left our home clean after a messy job! Very friendly and trustworthy people! This has now been approximately two months now. I needed my house painted Tommy came by my house and my wife was there first as Tommy showed up to give a quote. As I walked into my house to meet Tommy he all of a sudden was in a rush to leave then he stated he would call me with a quote and time when he could get started. HE NEVER CALLED OR FOLLOWED UP I recently called last week just to ask what happened still no response. His wife I believe or answered phone said what's your name and number I will have Tommy call you still haven't heard back it's just weird dont know if he didn't like how I looked or what me and my wife were confused. This is poor poor customer service it's sad that no one knows how to conduct busines these days. Till this day i still haven't heard anything back i will NEVER recommend them maybe my poor little hallway and trimming was not enough money for him to make compared to their bigger jobs. I never complain but you come in my house and I never here from you all you have to do is say you dont want to do the job. The funny thing is I met a developer who was waiting to see how they conduct busines with me before giving them a entire subdivision to paint but they dropped the ball. NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!
