This was my second time dealing with Tim and his team, once for a refi and this time for a purchase, and they came through for me in a big way both times. Both times they were fast, responsive and drove the process with my inputs in such a way as to make everything easy. And, both times they delivered a rate well below my expectations based upon market conditions. All in all, great experiences, and I will certainly use them again in the future.
