It was about 2 to 3 days before our small event and we decided to have it catered. Kelly and Charles far exceeded our expectations with service, availability, and food. We ordered a brisket, pork loin, potatoes, brussels, mixed veggies, salad, and their infamous banana pudding. Everyone loved all the food and dessert. The variety of homemade bbq sauces were also amazing. There's no doubt about the chef and his ability behind the food as we will definitely be using them again for catering and look forward to eating at the restaurant itself.

Absolutely delicious food. Great service! So glad that they are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 7 p.m. My husband loves the fried chicken; best in town.

All the food was thoughtfully prepared, and the hosts (restaurant owners) were very gracious and pleasant. The food was excellent. Does not get any better than this.

We FINALLY got to eat here!! We happened to walk by and realized they were open on SATURDAY! First of all, they start by giving you a free sample of gumbo (yum) and the service was probably the best Ive ever experienced. The staff were very attentive and accommodating! The owner and his wife were very friendly. They personally introduced themselves and made you feel very special and welcomed. You can tell they put their heart and soul into this place. We got fried chicken and the brisket sandwich and its some of the best homemade food ever. That Gouda Mac is divine. My husband said, he felt at home. Truly was one of the best meals weve had and we eat out a ton. So glad theyre now open on Saturdays! We will be back!
