Call me several times a week to ask me what to send then send incorrect or missing items. This week called twice and sent nothing at all. Now I'll miss my next treatment on Monday due to having NO supplies. Please do better. Why is it so hard to send the same stuff every week?! My nurse spoke to you Monday about what we need and what was missing and how much I have left while she was sitting right next to me. You said it'd all be sent Friday. Nothing arrived. Not surprised since this has happened three times before. I get very sick without my meds and don't understand why you can't see in your system and my doctor's order what and when to send supplies. Terrible.
