        Made an appointment a day prior to international business travel. Got to the testing site to find it closed. No email or call even though I had an appointment. Wasted 2 hours of my time (driving/waiting) and was forced to find alternate testing at the last minute. Would give zero stars if possible.

        Unreliable and unprofessional. Free is not good if using it is a liability. They show up late if they show up at all. Waiting a week for results and counting. Trying to communicate with them is pointless. Don't go unless you don't care about your time

        We scheduled and paid 150$ for an expedited RT-PCR test for travel purposes. We were told that results would take 1-2 days and emailed to us before 11:59pm Saturday since the sample was taken at 9:30am Thursday morning. It is now Sunday and past the 72 hour window to meet travel requirement and NO RESULTS. I hope our experience serves to help others when choosing a testing site.
