My wife was reended by a drunk driver in November of 2020. John was recommended to us by a family friend. He was so kind and explained everything up front. I reached out to this lawyer on or around May 9th, 2022 for a personal injury claim. A driver hit me and was completely at fault. I went to the ER and have been seeing a chiropractor for the past month. Mr. Gann said hed take the case and handle everything. Why did he just call me June 13th to tell me the driver who hit me didnt have Bodily Injury Liability which made her an Uninsured Motorist. I, unfortunately didnt purchase UM so he said theres no one to go after. (No one for him to sue to make money) He dropped my case. I take full responsibility for not having UM but why did it take him a month to find out what coverage the at fault driver had. Meanwhile my medical bills were racking up. PIP only covers $10,000 worth of medical bills. Ridiculous. I wouldve given him 2 stars but I just called Enterprise to confirm my rental for June 20th and it was never scheduled. I told Mr. Ganns office mid May that the reservation needed to be made through the at fault drivers insurance company for that date. Now my car is getting fixed in 4 days and I dont have a rental. You think youre being taken care of and everythings being handled but nope. Its one of those things where you live and learn but he totally failed me.
