I have purchased a few homes over the year and I must say Glenn was the most through and professional home inspector I have ever used. I had the opportunity to observe the inspection and Glenn's knowledge, experience and use of technology was superb. He found some things I really think most inspectors would have missed. Glen made the home inspection process very easy for my clients and removed an extra step by providing them with the ability to do a WDO in addition to the Home Inspection. The document will be helpful for the Owners for years to come. The pictures were great and the short videos within the document were very helpful. Five star service with Glen and Housemasters!

I'd recommend Glenn to conduct home, 4 point, and wind mitigation inspections.
He is very thorough and professional.
Glenn had done my initial inspection and found several items that needed to be corrected in order to receive the best possible discount from homeowners insurance. We had the work completed and he was invited back to do an updated 4 point.
Because Glenn was so thorough, we were able to get he maximum discount offered by the insurance company, almost 25% which equated to a large sum of money saved this and every future year. Thanks again Glenn!!!
