Gulf Beach Shower Doors and Glass

I had a good experience. They were quick to come and quote me for a shower door. Then after ordering and waiting a couple weeks, they came and installed it a few days after it was delivered to them. The door works and looks great and very happy with it.

The 1st problem was that they installed the towel bar off-center on the door without explaining to me that it industry standards. I hated it and had no idea it would look like that. I would have chosen a regular handle if they had taken the time to inform me of the placement. They were not willing to fix it. The 2nd problem was that they didnt have the right piece to secure the glass and told me it would be ordered. I have been calling, emailing and texting the owner Lauren and she is not responding. Now I am left with a glass shower door that I do not like and a missing piece!

Lauren and Chris are awesome! They have done several projects for the company I work for and I have never been disappointed. Great team, great communication, great company!

Had a terrific experience with Lauren and Chris. Very quick to return phone calls, come out to house to give estimate, etc. Entire project took less than 3 weeks from very start to final install even with Christmas in between. Bathroom looks like new! Super happy and would use them again in a heartbeat! Many thanks!
