        Ive been a customer for 15 years off an on. So I ordered 2 bedroom suits for Christmas. For my son and I. I noticed a big chip of wood damaged on the inside of my bed rail I've had for 3 weeks. And another damage spot on my mirror smaller in size. I called the store and spoke with the new and learning manager Steve to see about a discount or replacement piece. Just to be immediately accused of slandering their business and told I was the one to damage the property. The delivery personnel and Installers had to of noticed and not said anything about it when they installed it. Steve got extremely worked up. Yelling and being very rude telling me to "Not repeat myself" and "I back up my drivers 1st" and essentially hung up in my face and sent me to another employee who was then able to order me some replacement parts. Melissa at the brent store deserves a raise. And is the reason aarons kept a valued customer today! Major props to her. Corporate was also helpful!!! Do better Steve! Merry Christmas!
