        I understand that it takes longer to make a double quarter pounder, but I sat waiting in Spot #1 for 17 minutes..and the only reason I didn't have to wait longer, was because I called the store from my car and complained. I think Ya'll pull people over for the bigger sandwiches, and then either let them sit, or just forget about them. This happened to me before: I was asked to pull up to the next window; waited & waited, while car after car behind me was given their food & pulled out..so I lowered all my windows & turned my stereo up full blast..I know the drive-thru was deafened..and low & behold- the food was rushed over to me, which tells me that someone said, "Hey, where's that order?", which also tells me that Ya'll let the food sit for people that you ask to pull forward...

        Been here over 10 times over the past half year and its always good. The customer service is always excellent and the food is fresh. Pretty much never any wait time and when they do have a line it moves like chick fil a. This McDonalds is a Gem
