I came to grab a chicken sandwich before work and the lady working the drive thru was extremely rude and kept talking to other people throughout the order.

Im not even going to post my awful experience in detail. Lol Just shut the whole place down, or sell it to someone who actually wants to run a business. The employees here are trashy, rude, and unprofessional- even for a chicken joint. Bare minimum wasnt even given. Thats putting it nicely. They are basically asking to be fired. We dont need this place taking up space in a great area.

Anthony deserves a raise and new coworkers. He was so happy to be there and had a great work ethic. He definitely gives service with a smile and the right attitude. His coworkers on the other hand had the complete opposite attitude. Witnessed two women give attitudes multiple times to different customers and they looked miserable to be there and did not want to work. One was working drive through and the other was wearing a blue shirt (im assuming manager, which is sad). Someone got handed the wrong side, and instead of apologizing and trading for the correct order she just snatched the side from the man and gave him his correct side all with an attitude and didnt say a word. The woman working the drive through argued with the poeple on the other side. They had horrible management and were not managing time effectively therefore orders were falling behind. Not to mention their online prices are cheaper. Sad to see a new build being run into the ground. They need to evaluate and hire new people to replace the ones who clearly don't want to be there.
