        Called yesterday to rent tractor asked if trailer was included in price I was given. Guy told me yes no extra charge. Show up this morning to be charge 100$ more for trailer. This is VERY unethical.

        Booked a 3 ton dual drum roller. Showed up and they attempted to load a 1 ton. I explained I had rented a 3 ton. They began to argue that the unit they had was a 3 ton. Looked up unit model and showed them it was a 1 ton. Recieved a refund and left after wasting 2 hours. They may want to familiarize themselves with their equipment and basic units of weight measurement, if their going to rent equipment.

        Outgrageous! One day rental of 13" walk behind trencher is $145. BUT the delivery (less than 25 miles) and pickup adds another $180!!!! Sunbelt obviously does NOT want my business! BEWARE!
