Elite Endodontics of Pensacola

Had a root canal there this weekthe dental assistant was nice in the beginning - when I left there were two dental assistants that were rude and rushed me out. Youd think they would have given me an ice pack since I looked liked I had a tennis ball in my mouth. I was given nothing and no follow up instructions. I thought to call my dentist regarding the crown I needed. They told me nothing before I left - I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and uninformativeand if you want to experience pain, this is the place to go. Dr. Beam will certainly make sure you are in pain before and after you leave.

I don't think anyone is a fan of the root canal procedure, but if it has to be done, I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Endodontics - and especially Dr. Jared Beam. He was honest in his consultation about what the prognosis was for the tooth, and then he and his great assistant Kaylee got to work on the day of the actual procedure and produced significantly better results than I had expected. He welcomed questions about the procedure before, during and after - so my mind was put to ease and all questions were answered professionally and thoroughly. From the moment I walked in for my initial consultation through the actual procedure, the process was top-notch. Great facilities, great staff, and clear expectations and procedures were detailed up-front. As for the procedure itself, ZERO pain (during and after). I know this may be atypical for a root canal, but it was the case for me. Elite Endodontics knows what they're doing and the Gentle Wave technique was smooth and effective. Again, nobody wants to hear they need a root canal, but if you get that news, do yourself a favor and give Elite Endodontics a call!

If you need endodontic work, Elite Endodontics in Pensacola is where you want to go. Great staff, treatment plans are clearly explained, and the work is top notch. Usually tooth pain is what drives people to an endodontist. That was how it was for me and the relief was well-worth any needless anxiety I had going in. Two root canals in 75 minutes and I was pain free that night. If you need endo work done, dont put it off. Get in and see Dr. Todd and the staff and start feeling better.

From setting the new patient appointment and evaluation to the final root canal, the process was explained thoroughly and thoughtfully.
