    He fired me also as a patient. He over bills. I had a free cleaning which I am entitled to twice a year. He billed for periodontal maintenance and was paid by my insurance company. He then sent a bill for the difference to me. When I called about it, I couldn't get it through the sec. head that he had misbilled. In frustration after about 15 minutes, I hung up the phone. I later discovered that he had been doing this for 3 years. I asked for a refund and a correct billing instead he fired me as a patient. I have notified my insurance company and I certainly hope that they make a note about it because if he did this to me, he certainly has done this with other patients. He is obviously only interested in the $$$$$$$.in my opinion. BEWARE and check your bills carefully

    They treated me like royalty untill I was unhappy with my partials. They fit directly on top of my regular teeth causing me pain. They started fading and I felt like I was swallowing parts. Not to mention the food that got underneath. I asked them to do them over. They sent me the same letter Jocelyn Barton received as if I was in the wrong. They refuse to refund my money with their ridiculous stipulations. All I can do is trust that God will lay on their hearts to do right by me.

    I have always received friendly professional service with Dr. Richmond and his staff. Great job cleaning teeth and offering recommendations on how to improve overall dental health. Highly recommend. Service is always at scheduled appointment time. No long wait!

    He sent me a letter, releasing me as a patient because at our last appointment, he hurt me when injecting the needle near the front of my mouth. I cried out and it made him mad, and he started to ridicule me because I have a phobia of needles, and then try to defend himself that he didnt hurt me. It felt like the needle was going through my nose. I didnt plan on ever going back to him anyway. He was unprofessional, rude, and had an attitude. I think he forgets that I am the patient paying him not the other way around. Thank you for your letter Dr. Richmond. Ill be taking this as far as I can.
