Despite me having Delta dental insurance and being authorized for services here, I was told that I was not covered and would have to pay up front and file for reimbursement. I was told that they would verify my insurance to make sure I was covered, but by the day of my appointment I had not heard anything back. When I called the day of my appointment 3 weeks later, I was told the same exact thing without anyone verifying my insurance.

Insurance Company was willing to pay out of network to help me get my wisdom tooth and crown paid for here. They didn't even want to work with them despite my hardship in finding an oral surgeon in my area. They wouldn't accept their payment and only would accept full payment up front from me. saying I had to get reimbursed later. Unbelievable! I could have done it 2 years ago doing that! No excuse for their unwillingness to work and help those that need them most.

Needed a wisdom tooth removed. I was in too much pain to be afraid. For whatever reason my gums wasn't able to be numbed at my regular dentist, so sedation was my only option. The extraction and recovery went really well. All thanks to Dr. Laggan and his staff.
