Dr. James Martin

Dr. Martin is very good, kind and compassionate but the front office staff are very rude, unprofessional and harassing. It's a shame for Dr Martin's business and he probably isn't even aware of it and how his staff has given him a 1 star rating.

Bad business dont waste your time go elsewhere they kept canceling and trying to reschedule my appointments and the front desk worker Carolyn very smart mouth and rude.

Absolutely terrible customer service and don't get me started on the glorified office manager who believes shes "on the fast track to a real management career" Can someone at that office, please teach her manners and how to speak properly, if that's possible? She really needs to be educated and coached, on how to just complete the simplest tasks without scaring the customers away.
