I've been dealing with a bad tooth for about 5 mos. with on and off swelling and pain. I work out of town so getting an appt was impossible until my sister found for me Dr Pyritz. His staff was wonderful. They explained they could help because their office hours were flexible to help persons like me needing to be seen like on Saturday or evenings. This worked for me. My appt was a Saturday before Christmas week. Dr Pyritz did the typical exam knowing he had to figure out which tooth was giving me the problem. He didn't just say "well I think it's this one" and remove the wrong tooth. No, he continued testing until he was certain which tooth needed to come out. During the procedure, he kept showing true compassion. He kept asking how was I doing and if I was in any pain. When all was done, I was given care instructions to take home with me. Even after I got home, later I received a call from their office asking how was I doing. My extraction was a little different than most. It left a very large hole in my gum causing further pain. On Monday I had called Dr Pyritz, they ask me to come in right away. Dr Pyritz packed my gum and continued to have me return like every other day to either pack it again or just check on its progress. He even saw me on Christmas Eve. What a doctor!His bedside manner was outstanding and his staff was the best. I don't like to see dentists at all but, I'm sold on Dr Pyritz and his special staff. He's now my full time dentist. I will recommend all my family, friends and co-workers to him.

After going to 3 other local dentist, I finally came across Pensacola Dental Center and will be forever grateful I did. I had all but given up hope of my dental issues being resolved...until I met the Dentist, Thomas Pyritz. I had a lot of dental work that needed to get done in a certain amount of time and there were a few weeks, where he squeezed me in twice and even three times one week. He is a perfectionist with his work and his enthusiasm for what he does is really refreshing! I love that he speaks with you in a conference room, as to the treatment plan and options. We must have had 4 or 5 conversations in there. I am beyond pleased with their facility and the staff are excellent and very nice. Super easy to deal with. I'm about midway through my total goal and I actually look forward to going there every time I have an appointment. Its become a second family of sorts. I don't usually do reviews but this place is really above and beyond. I tell my family and friends about this place. It has changed my life. He has given me back my self esteem and am now able to show off my beautiful smile! It really has been life changing.
