Shrimp Basket Corp. Headquarters

I have left 3 voicemails and 3 emails with no response. I was sold a gift card for $50 and it only had 55 cents on it. I explained this very thoroughly on the voicemails and in the emails, but nobody there cares. I just want explanation of where,theoretically, I used this card. I NEVER got any response at all!!!

Had a really good lunch at the Foley location. Delicious Cajun Shrimp, Fried Shrimp and New Potatoes. Nick was our waiter. Outstanding guy.

First time there. Saturday for lunch. Greeted as we walked in. Met our server Trina right away. She was so helpful answering our questions about the menu. I ordered Caribbean Shrimp and loved it !Trina kept our ice tea glasses full ! Will gladly return !

We are locals and have frequented the Shrimp Basket for 15 years. I realize it has been sold a couple of times. However our visit today was bad. Our server could not have been better. But the oysters were horrible.I will not be returning for a while. Foley restaurant.

Ordered the must have Shrimp Basket cards on the 22nd of Nov as email said,"3days only". I don't remember the fine print that said, comes thru USPS, up to 3 weeks. So still waiting, this is the end of the 3rd week. Also they changed the selection this year, buy 1 $50 card, get a $25 card free. Spending the same money, just less freeby. We still spend more than $25 @a visit. **BTW, ordered Mikees same day, already received them.
