Never again. It's been years since I've been here due to the poor experience. My wife got a gift card from work so we thought we'd give it another try. Here is our experience:
We were standing inside the door for several minutes waiting for someone to seat us. When the hostess arrived, she seemed very confused. Once she seated us, we had to grab our own highchair. Someone who appeared to be a manager apologized that we had to do that ourselves, and walked off.
We ordered our food. Everything seemed normal until we got our food. The wings were pretty good. As I started into my fries, I noticed a couple of gnats trying to escape from the bottom of my pile of fries. Needless to say i was done with that plate. I had also ordered a bird dog, which I never received. The manager removed the bird dog from my bill.
The only saving grace was that we had a gift card so we didn't have to pay much. It wasn't worth the conversation to have it removed.

Listen I came here tonight for a simple drink and it was crazy as mess, so many people!! on that note though the bartender I believe Miranda was right on point.. I didnt ever feel ignored and she filled my drinks in such a timely manner I will definitely return preferably on the shifts she works. Drinks on point, customer service top notch, thank you girl!!!

Came here on a Monday night. Not super busy. Hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Sat down at table close to bar. Ordered 2 drinks and water. 5-10 min go by and nothing. Hostess/waitress came by and said they ran out of main alcohol and had to get manager to get it. No biggie. Ordered water again and mozzarella sticks. 5-10 min. We finally get water. But there is absolutely no ice we are told. So room temp water in a cup it is. 5 min go by and she comes and tells us she is making our drinks and we got the last of ice. We get drinks and upon first glance theres black specks floating. Looks like mold from ice machine. walked out unfortunately. Too scared at that point to try food.

Food was dead, server was high. Took over an hour to get an app that probably sat somewhere for 30 minutes, same for the food. 5 dollar apology discount on the 17 dollar app L o L
