Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Presentation is everything and this location is lacking significantly in this area. They got it wrong Sunday, went back for a complimentary Cobb salad, purchased another one, and presentation was still horrible. I asked for no cheese, no bacon and no fried onions, on lite vinaigrette and one ranch received two vinaigrette.

Absolutely miserable ladies working the drive thru who couldnt manage simple requests. Someone give Ms. Shirley and Leah a break or a snickers or something. The only bright spot was a cook who had a smile on his face and was super polite so kudos to him for being able to survive that environment. Just came to redeem a gift I received, no reason to ever come back. Hope those ladies find some peace and happiness though!

Had a person that works there she had a burn scar on the back of her neck disrespect me. Left my order on the counter wouldnt give it to me as her other younger co worker was going along with her behavoir. She started taking other peoples orders and I asked her for my order and she told me wait cause she is taking another persons order. Then a 3rd worker stepped in and gave me my order. After I told her okay I will wait she repeated the okay after me mocking me.
