Bayou Pensacola branch. Pro: Decent options for banking and finances. Great teller line with friendly and professional faces. They are always up to the task and do it with swiftness. Female that opens the accounts does a decent job, but seemed flustered at times (may be a new employee maybe?). The only reasons Im leaving ANY stars. Cons: Terrible leadership. Bad face value Ive referred friends and business partners to the bank to meet the branch manager and to be potential clients but shes never there. How can you do business and grow clientele when youre never present? Youre the face that makes or breaks your institution. Representation is everything and when you have good clients that represent your bank, willing to go and spread the word only to be embarrassed because the referral lost time and money to make the trip, its a slap to the face. Ive had many branch managers come out and introduce themselves to my business partners and weve been a business asset to them for decades. This is NOT how you treat your customers and this is not how you operate a business. I can only image how she treats her hardworking staff. Do better. IF YOURE GOING TO LEAD A team, then lead it by example and with professionalism.

Multiple hard pulls on my credit for single loan application. Refused to remove the extra pulls. Very disappointed.
