Excellent service! Pleasant, professional staff.
I arrived on a day when the lobby was closed. I had a complicated, time-consuming problem, but they solved it at the drive-thru window!
Sorry I'm relocating, because this is the best bank I've ever used.

I feel like they have been going downhill since shortly after Buzz left. Now it appears they have run all of their help off. Researching new banks.

After dealing with their very antiquated systems to get a home loan, they sold it the very first week I had it to a company called Citizens One Home Loans which is the worst mortgage company I have EVER dealt with. They have a 1.2 star rating on Google My Business. Citizens one Home loans immediately screwed up my automatic withdrawal and I have spent no less than 4 hours on hold over 4 calls to them, to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM THE FIRST BANK , they say they are local and then sell your mortgage to a garbage company out of state.
