We came to this location to add me on to my husbands account. Waited in line for 20 minutes, only to finally get to the desk and be told we have to sit down with a banker to do it, and they only have 1 working, so the wait was going to be an additional hour plus.
What kind of bank has (1) banker available? Youre a bank. A new bank, too.
It shouldnt take over an hour and a half to add someone to an already existing account.
They recommended that we make an appointment online and to check out other locations around town. Too bad their appointment scheduling system on their site is down, because thats what we tried originally, so it was fun to get recommended back to it. What a waste of our morning.

Worst experience ever at any bank!
The employees are rude. Waited 30 minutes just to deposit money because there was a new guy and none of the ladies would help him!!

If you are on any sort of time crunch, do not go to this location. Even when its not busy, you will be waiting an excessive amount of time. The drive-up service is insanely bad. Go to the Nine Mile location instead.
