Bagelheads

Was told 10 to 15 mins. Over an hour to get 2 bagels with egg. Ordered ice tea, they told me it was cold. It was not, it was warm. Asked the girl making coffee for ice and was told they don't have ice. Yet they make iced coffee. I called the girl out on it when I saw her scoop ice out to put on the tea and she smiled and looked the other way. Others just got a refund, but we were told it was next. Waited another 20 mins. They need a process change before they lose too many customers. The food is good, but this was over the top. This was my third time to this place and this was the worst.

WOW!! These bagels/sandwiches were absolutely amazing!! Not to mention the pastry and coffee options! They've also got some sweet merch and a very inviting atmosphere. The place is so clean with fast service. If you're in the Pensacola area it's a must visit!!

SOOO GOOOD! I got the veggie bagel sandwich and it was delicious and soo fresh! Everyone was super kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and ocean view!!

i waited over 30 minutes for a single bagel. the store wasnt busy at the time i ordered. ever since they renovated and got an entire new staff the quality of this place has decreased. there is no reason to wait this long.

Absolutely ruined my bagel by putting an insane amount of cream cheese on it, which was supposed to be strawberry, not very strawberry-ie. By the time the bagel got to me it was soggy and mushy. Hard pass next time Im in town.
