all I can say is make sure u check there work!! I paid em 471 dollars for new rotor caliper and pads 2 months later my brakes start grinding and I blow a calipe, took it apart my so called brand new rotor had no back wall just fins which tells me they did not change my rotor then told me there's nothing they can do because I "worked on it " and it voided the warranty but if I hadn't id have never known funny how that works uve been warned shady business to say the least

It was ok went in to get something done on warranty which was fine but the little blonde guy kept trying to tell me it was all these other issues even after I explained that I just brought in from my mechanic and they had done all of the before he even looked at it was trying to mansplain it even after I told him thats not whats going on he looked at it and ended up calling and saying it was what I went in there for

Called to figure out a guesstimate price on replacing all 4 pads, but guy who answered the phone kept telling me brakes start at $100, like okay well I'm just tryna get an estimate, but the guy says "there could be so many other things wrong", lol we all know what that means. I understand yall wanna get me in the door for the inspection so yall can inflate the price, I've been down that road too many times to make that mistake again. Okay, here's how it should've went, ["Budget Brakes?" Hey, I'm tryna find out how much it might cost to get 4 pads replaced..." BB- okay no problem, what kinda car u got? Me- oh its a blah blah blah BB- OK well hold on, okay it's gonna be this much, but might be extra if you need rotars or calipers or something, it'd be best to come in for a free inspection. ] Well, after reading some of the other reviews, I'm not letting yall lay a finger on my car. ILL just do the work my self. Anyway, thanks once again for not wanting to tell me a price, might've just saved the day.

Took my vehicle there for a free inspection due to a light intermittent squeal. Didn't even do it while driving up there. Was told it needed all kinds of stuff . Estimate was 1400 -2000. I declined. When they pulled my car up and I drove out onto the road I had no brakes. Pulled over and checked and it was leaking everywhere. Drove back to shop to be told that was brake fluid and was told" I guess you'll be needing that work done sooner than later" So first time dealing w a you break we buy policy. Drove it home as safely as we could,w our seatbelts on. Called corporate and had it towed by for a second inspection. Was told was going to be 752 dollars to fix. They ate the tow bill and "fixed" the front brakes too. I suppose calling themselves doing me a favor. I picked up my car the next day got down the road and it's sputtering and cutting out. Almost like it had bad gas in there. Mind u it had been driving fine before I took it there. I had brakes.Same gas id driven on to work prior and had no issues. Maybe just a coincidence, however this was way too heavy on the coincidence for me. Be cautious people. Went w a drivable vehicle, left both times wo one.
