The one time I went I recieved great customer support for my Jeep Wrangler. My problem (back up light fuse would blow when shifter set to reverse) appeared complicated but turned out simple. Diagnostics and repair under hours. Recommended.

Customer service is awesome. Bridgette K. in the service department is amazing. We needed roadside assistance and were unable to find the number. We called the dealership and she assisted us by providing the number. We took the tire in the next day for replacement. She took care of all our concerns.

Seemed like management didnt want to do any deals! 3K difference and they wouldnt budge. Drove to this dealership 4 times from Crestview and kept getting the run around. They keep saying, Come back and lets talkthen 4 wasted trips and a tank of gas later and still nothing. You here the commercials on the radio about how they are the number 1 dealership when in reality they are no different than any other dealership! Save your money and dont waste the drive!
