To make matters worse, they engage in malicious acts that sabotage your car's condition. Consequently, when you finally retrieve your vehicle, it is in a significantly worse state than when you initially entrusted it to them.

they have had my car for three weeks now and nothing has been done to it. nobody has given me any updates. i had to go and get updates myself - theyd had my car for two weeks at that time and hadnt even ordered the parts! one week later still no word from them, no returned calls, and my car is still just sitting there! god knows what theyve done to it, or if its even in one piece still. absolutely ridiculous. im about on the verge of having my car towed to another mechanic thatll actually work on my car. totally unacceptable. wont be back.
