Wesley Haven Villa

My mother has been at Wesley Haven for over 3 years. The care she receives is top notch. Staff is friendly and helpful to my mom. When visiting mom sometimes I hear voices in her room ( she is hard of hearing and forgets her hearing aids) from outside the door. I usually listen and always you hear kindness in their voices or laughter from both. Food is good, Ive eaten with mom a couple of times and was impressed. My wife and I had looked at several facilities before deciding on Wesley. We have been pleased with the care, friendliness of all staff and dedication to their residents.

Love this place, great staff and administration. I've had a family member here for the last 4 years. Wouldn't have them anywhere else.

My experience with WHV thus far has been nothing short of wonderful. My Mother moved in December of 2022, a week later, she had a stroke and ended up in a rehab facility. Donna and Karen have been SO supportive and empathetic towards our situation for the past 5 months. We had to move my Mom out of her apartment but were adamant that we get her back to WHV once her health improved. Lucky for us, she is doing much better now and we will be moving her back in! My Mother is excited to be back to a place she can call home and I'm looking forward to having her back in a facility where I know she is well taken care of and her safety and happiness are of utmost importance to the staff. The previous 'review' left sounds like a disgruntled employee - don't let that deter you from looking into WHV for your loved one. THANK YOU to everyone at WHV!

Well this place is by far terrible place to work since jennifer left as the administrator tess is never there leaves all the time I'm sorry but your the boss act like it always all day sits in Donna's office gossiping talking about employees carpets reek of smell and stains I was the maintenance director so I know don't matter how hard you work never appreciated I was in process of buying a house and tess told me your doing a great job she's a liar what they charge these seniors is a laugh 5,000 or more a month the food is horrible fish 3 times a week or sandwiches my tools were stolen there I can go on and on do yourself a favor go somewhere nice the Blake or the beacon nice facilities donna is a liar to And proclaim to be a Christian

Job is very much ghetto . The workers are rude and wear bonnets at work . Highly disrespectful and its sickening during black history month!
