Three workers showed up to my house about 20 minutes early and worked all day to install two new exterior units and two new interior air handlers. The workers were extremely courteous and professional and cleaned everything up before they left for the day. The owner (Gary) was knowledgeable and even called during the installation to ensure his workers were doing a great job and to make sure I was happy with their performance. I'd both recommend this company and use them again.

I spoke with a male at this company and before I could get a word out, the man was yelling and cussing at me. I refused to be spoken to that way and will not be responding to any contact from them. This guy needs to take a course in professionalism.

I break down what happened in details so no confusion happens I have recording of calls and video backing my statement here I called this company number which I was referred to by a friend today at 11:30am and talked to what seems to me is supervisor or owner his name is Gary of the company I requested a service to a unit I have for my business he said ok and he’ll get back with me Around 12:40 his technician show up to my business and he talks to my worker who don’t know nothing about the problem that We we’re having with the unit (I was not in my store I was away only for 15 minutes and no one called me back telling we’ll be there in a certain time ) spends around 5 minutes and get back to my worker tells her that he got pull out of this job. Here where it get excited my phone rings and this company calling me i thought they’re calling to schedule a service from my call in the morning not thinking they’ve already came to the store so I answer and all I hear I yelling and cussing and swear loudly and so disrespectful way and hanged up I call back and same person I asked him to calm down and relax he started yelling again and asked me not to call back Gary was rude unprofessional had attitude disrespectful I do not recommend at all and I’ll speak to my friend who recommended you and I’ll let him hear you yelling and screaming like are you crazy dude I wish google had zero stars you’ll be getting that because you don’t deserve even this one star
