My grandmother is and has been a client of theres for over 20 yrs and i have been since my first job when i was 17yrs old (now 34yrs old) they have always been professional yet like family .... doing taxes isant a chore with Rockwell accounting , its seeing family again after a yr . .

Rockwell Accounting has been doing my taxes since 2007 and I mail them in because of the great job they do. You don’t feel like you are just another customer. Everyone is so polite and knowledgeable! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Truly disappointed. We were potential new clients and scheduled our appt a month ago, March 16th. Get a call today that they need to reschedule this Thursday's appointment for May!! I ask if I can come in after hours, or any time at all between now and Monday, and I am told "We only work until 4pm on Saturday" Excuse me for inconveniencing you, but at this time late in the game, all the decent accounting firms are booked solid. They first suggest that I go to my OLD accounting firm and file an extension trough them. Then, they suggest they can file it for me. They failed to mention that I will need to prepay estimated taxes due, so i can minimize my penalties. What a headache. No, thanks. We have a rental property, so can't just go to anyone and our tax situation is unique. What a disappointment. If this was my business, I'd stay extra hour on Saturday, or any other day, to get this done. Instead, here is your potential client, left scrambling to call everyone in the area and hardly anyone has any availability at this time :-(
