        When I was in the store John the owner was nice. I bought a new bike and a used one , The used one need a new back sprocket and for 2 weeks he tells me its coming in , I had informed him we where leaving to on Feb 28 th and he said it would be ready, So today I call to see if its ready and he goes off the deep end on me and tells me I dont know how to be patient, If a part not going to be ready for 3 weeks tell me that and I would have bought a new bike instead . To say the least I wont be back in the orange beach or Pensacola store!

        This is a great way to see the island! Very fun and makes it easier to travel long distances to see more of the island if you don't rent a car on your vacation. Ask for a bike bag if you want to pack snacks and water. Amazing customer service. Had so much fun the first day, I did it again the next day.

        Had a great time renting two electric bikes and a trailer for an hour today. We had a two-year-old and a three-year-old in the back and you could hardly feel the weight at all on only 2/5 pedal assist. Would definitely rent from them again if I don't end up buying one of the bikes! Great customer service and a fun time for all.
