It's been a whole day and I'm finally taking realizing how much of a GREAT JOB Claudia did. It is ridiculous how smooth and clean her job was, not to mention quick and close to painless. During the waxing I felt very comfortable and relaxed even though I was just meeting this lady. Thank you and great job. No improvements needed on work quality and actual service. One thing she could add is a sign that let's customer know she is with another client or a wait here sign.

I have been utilizing Claudia's services for the past 3 years. Each time I see her for an appointment her facility is clean and the environment is very relaxing. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment for 2:30pm via the website, I arrived and was signaled through a glass window to wait. There are no chairs so I stood for 15mins before knocking again amd she simply said "one moment". At 2:52 I realized that no one was coming to let me in so I left. It is now 3:53pm 9/19/2020 and I didn't receive not even a phone call. Very poor customer service and horrible first expression
