Love how easy and convenient it is to make copies of keys. I get to skip having to search for an employee to come to the machine to make a copy for me. The machine is always equipped with the different size keys needed for all kinds of locks. I love that I can save a digital copy of my key so that if I lose the physical copy I don't have to go through the process of changing my locks completely or having to call a locksmith. My only complaint is that I can't lock in and make copies of multiple different keys on the same transaction. They offer you a discount if you make a second copy of a key but I think they should make a way to use that same offer just on 2 different keys. Otherwise, they are amazing.

Was a little disappointed that the machine didnt have the solid red colored keys anymore. They are what we use for our office for all of our employees to make distinction between their other keys on their key ring. Brass just fades in with all the other keys.

I had 5 keys made by the Lowes employee and none of them worked so I got a refund and proceeded to the Minute Key kiosk. The instructions were very easy and all 5 keys worked perfectly. I even had the receipt emailed to my office. Loved the experience, will definitely use again.
