      image The service was practically nonexistent at specific Guess I needs. To make matters worse, when I mentioned it was my sons birthday, they enthusiastically celebrated two other customers birthdays but informed me it was against their policy to do so. Its disheartening, especially considering the apparent difference in treatment based on skin tone from my observation. This was my experience, unfortunately. I truly feel I would share my experience with others. Consequently am praying we all get better toward each other.

      image I didnt know Cheddars allowed pets (with the exception of service dogs). This woman had a dog in her lap eating bread at the table. A dog at the dinner, lunch table is disgusting. This is it. No more. Jasmine our waitress was amazing (She would be the only 5 star rating) but This policy management has implemented allowing dogs to sit in the chair, bench, table does not work for me. No more! The name should be changed to Cheddars and dogs eat at the same table.

      image I usually love coming to Cheddars but this time I ordered the chicken pot pie to go from the Cheddars in Port Saint Lucie only to find out they cut/scoop out the pot pie from the casing/pie part of the pot pie and just leave you with the soup and the top. Never Again. I never went to any place to get a pot pie didnt come in a disposable aluminum bottom. Without that, I literally have chicken soup and a crusted top. Horrible job on this one. Yall gotta do better, especially for how much yall charge for the pot pie. Disappointed.
