Alexander essentially saved me from a nasty predicament. My car needed a quick tow early in the morning and amongst the numbers I called, Alexander was the only one to answer and give me a very fair quote and was ready to dispatch upon my request. He was very careful with my car and made sure to secure everything. Because of his promptness and quality of care, my car made it to my mechanic with ease and scratches, bumps, or issues. Strongly recommend if youre in a tight bind!

My insurance sent Alexander towing I left my key with a police officer since Im a cancer patient couldnt wait another hour in this heat. I spoke to the driver I told him park the car across the street from my mechanic address not to worry about pay parking sign I have a handicap tag. The idiot parked the car inside a private business my car got towed by another towing company cost me $183 to get it out the tow and another $70 to tow it to my mechanic. Call the driver he insulted me told me not to call him CHAMACO a common name we Cubans call a young person when we dont know their name obviously he sounded young later I found out he is 26 yrs old. Alexander towing couldnt resolve the issue to put a claim with roadside assistance which I did it takes 5-7 days for them to call me back not knowing of THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED!!!!!!! The best he could do was return the $89.10 my insurance paid to tow my car. But the issues cost me $253. Its obvious his driver suffers from ADHD and ANGER MANAGEMENT to have this type of business you need employees that use common sense and follow instructions. Service: Car towing

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. They were contracted by the insurance company to tow my car to Plantation Ford for repair of body damage sustained in a collision. Robier picked up my car. Over the next 30 minutes I received a phone call from him, then a call from Jay, both from Alexander Towing, telling me that Plantation Ford refused my car because they had no room on their lot. That was not true since when I called Plantation Ford, I was told that my car was never taken there and that they were still waiting for it. Then the tow company told me my car was on its way to Copart in Miami, which to my understanding is a scrap yard. I was beyond angry. I had to argue with State Farm but eventually got my car taken to Plantation Ford. They repaired my car and did a beautiful job. But I would stay away from Alexander Towing. This was not a simple mistake. I do not recommend Alexander Towing and I will never use them again.
