Initially, I held Dr. Stephane in high regard, appreciating her warmth during our initial consultation in 2021. However, as my treatment progressed, it became evident that her professionalism was lacking. Instead of addressing my concerns with openness, she seemed to take offense whenever I asked questions about my treatment. Despite expressing the complexity of my dental issues stemming from prior orthodontic treatments, Dr. Stephanie assured me she could resolve them. Regrettably, as time passed, it became apparent that she had merely focused on straightening my teeth rather than addressing the underlying issues I had highlighted. This oversight led to a disappointing outcome, with my initial concerns left unresolved despite investing considerable time and money. I wish Dr. Stephanie had been transparent about her limitations and referred me to a specialist who could adequately address my orthodontic needs. Consequently, I sought treatment from a neuromuscular orthodontist who possesses the expertise to address my concerns effectively. Reflecting on my experience, I acknowledge that my trust in Dr. Stephanie may have been influenced by her initial friendliness. However, I now realize the importance of discerning professional capabilities beyond surface impressions. Additionally, the conclusion of my treatment was marred by a lack of communication and disregard for my comfort. Despite expecting to have my braces removed during a scheduled appointment, I went in for a regular follow-up appointment and was unexpectedly informed that further payments were required to continue treatment, which was disheartening. Moreover, during the impression process for my retainers, Dr. Stephanie appeared more concerned about the cleanliness of the workspace than my comfort. I share this review not to discredit Dr. Stephanie or her practice but to provide an honest account of my experience. As a young and impressionable individual, I may have overlooked certain red flags initially. Nevertheless, I hope my feedback serves as constructive criticism, highlighting areas for improvement within the practice.

I 100% recommend this office. Dr. Steph and the staff are all very kind, skillful and caring. They make you feel at home in the office and you are always taken care of when needed. I just got my braces off and I beyond impressed with the results !! I am so happy with my smile. I will definitely be recommending this office to everyone I know! It was a fantastic experience

My experience with Dr. Stephane has been impeccable. I have had my prior braces for four years with a different doctor and I saw NO RESULTS. After I started my NEW journey with Dr. Stephane, she CHANGED MY LIFE. This doctor is a one of a kind doctor and my only regret is not finding her sooner. Every visit felt like I was visiting my bestfriend. Not only is a doctor, but a great life coach and mentor. She is intelligent and actually knows what she is doing. Please do not hesitate to schedule an appointment with her. You will find yourself just like me and the others writing a review similar to this.

Dr. Stephanie and her staff were wonderful to work with. They took their time to explain everything and Im so happy with my results and my new smile!
