        Excellent service, enjoyable food and drinks

        Perfect example of the continued downfall of quality service in most chain restaurants. Total lack of professionalism. Where do they find these servers??? Why cant they properly train them. Its really bad. Lack of management oversight/ quality control for service of guests. Ordered 2 drinks, only 1 came out, the 2nd was a simple beer, it took at least 20 minutes. We ordered 2 menu items. 1 came out (with no silverware), the other didnt. Finally we said just cancel the other order because we were ready to leave. Just then the other persons meal came out so I ordered a 2nd beer which after probably another 25 minutes never came. Then was told we missed last call (time was now 1:40am)- but we ordered it at around 1:15. Very unremarkable service. Thank you Millers for reminding me why we generally try to choose other options for food/drinks when possible.
