I bought my first house in 2020 with Ariadne, it was a very easy purchase because Ari perfectly understood what I needed. Then in 2024, for personal reasons we say sell the house and buy another one. We thought it was going to be crazy but with the great help of Ariadne and Marlyn it became easier and the times between sales and purchases fit perfectly. They are great professionals, who are always one step ahead and helping you with everything. If you are thinking of buying or selling a property you are in the right place. I recommend them 100%.

They are typical scam artists. Trying to inflate prices and create bidding wars when houses are sitting on the market for 80+ days, they lie saying the house is sold so you run to put a back up offer when in reality the house doesnt have a contract all while they continue advertising the house as available on every real estate site including facebook/instagram. Apparently they havent learned from the Keller Williams lawsuit of them having to pay back over $70m for inflating prices and commissions.
