        Really enjoyed the experience from day one with this management company. They have given us first class treatment and it doesn't hurt that the area is very nice to live in. Would recommend having Real Property management manage any property you have for the good of the renter and the tenant.

        Sonny and his team at RPM made the stress of being an out of state landlord disappear. I use RPM for 3 of my rental units. With extensive damage in the unit from a previous tenant he had the unit repaired and ready to rent in no time at all. He was professional, upfront and honest with fair pricing and very communicative every step of the way.
