Angel was efficient, easy to work with, and honest. I had a small leak and called him at night time and asked for a next day appointment since it wasn't an emergency and he showed up the next day and replaced my main shut off valve in 1 hour. He gave me different options for the repair, told me the price up front for each option, and everything went smooth.

This story is detailed and long but get a coffee. Don't eat and picture it! Since the remodeling of my home 3 years ago, I started getting huge Roaches showing up here and there. Exterminator blamed the rain. I have lived 30 years in this home and have not seen this type of infestation. LAST year when I was out for 20 days, I returned to 45 mostly dead roaches in my bathroom. The exterminator blamed the plumbing. The plumber came out and said it was impossible. Then I left for a week and another 25 roaches mostly dead because of the exterminators poison. (Total of 70 roaches= 420 feet all over my bathroom.) I closed all the holes in the bathroom and i duck taped the door. I gave over that part of the house to them. I tried to use the second bathroom. Funny but the tub's faucet broke and now i had no shower. I had to bath with a cup for 2 months while waiting to find a trust worthy plumber. I felt I was in a third world country. It was funny. After 7 appointments, 3 plumbers showed up and diagnoses that the shower drain was not installed correctly and needed to be redone. Honestly I was done. Praying for wisdom and patients, a brother referred me to Kipp Plumbers. They called and listen to my story. They showed up, they assessed the issues, guaranteed me and assured me it was not the shower drain but the toilet. THEY WERE RIGHT! The renovations that took place 3 years ago did not property install the toilet. There was a gap and the sewer roaches were climbing up into my bedroom. It was not an easy fix because the so called plumber from the renovation of 3 years ago cemented the toilet to the floor tile. KIPP PLUMBERS skillfully took their time to remove the cement and remove the toilet, installed the correct bracket, placed the toilet back but this time installed correctly and caulked the seams. They took picture of each phase and submitted all evidence with the invoice. I am sold on Angel Kipp and his family business. They are licensed plumbers and don't mess around. Keep his card and spread the news. These young men are experts. God bless them and love them!
