        I placed my order for 1 pepperoni Pizza with extra sauce and I used my points for the free cheese sticks I earned. Order was placed at 7:08 was set to be ready at 7:25. I arrived around 7:30-7:35 and my order wasnt ready. My son was told itll just be a few minutes. We waited about 10-15mins. The staff told my son the pizza got stuck in the oven and they had to make another one. They offered us a free soda which to me was crazy to me. Why not just comp the pizza it was only a little over $10!! Long story short we received the pizza at 8:10pm! A whole hour after the order was placed. When I reached home I noticed they put pepperoni on one side of the pizza smh. No extra sauce and to top it off I was given BREAD STICKS instead of cheese sticks. Its so frustrating to not only have had to wait soooo long for the food, but to have the wrong items is a slap in the face. The store wasnt even busy for them to have all of those problems. It was empty. I might have saw 2 people pick up the whole time I was sitting outside.
