Pat and his crew delivered. The initial consultation was thorough. Pat answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with how the project would proceed. Throughout the process, Pat was on hand to answer any other questions or handle any unforeseen issues that presented. Final payment was not accepted until I was completely satisfied with the project. Pat has stayed in touch to let me that he would follow up with any issues that may arise down the line. To date, I have only had one touch up issue that has been addressed with promptness and professionalism. TexCote is a very specialized product that requires a specific procedure and process to apply correctly, and I would recommend Pat and his crew for doing this.
