        I booked my appointment over 1 month ago, well in advance as I had planned to take some time off around the holidays (the only time I get off all year, so I have to squeeze in my appointments when I can). I received an email a few days before to pre-check in and confirm my appointment. Showed up right on time this morning only to be told that all of the doctors were on vacation and that I would have to reschedule. Incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional, poor schedule management and lack of communication needs to be reviewed by the team. As a medical professional myself, I can understand minor oversights but there is no excuse when you have a schedule booked out over a month in advance. Will be seeking another ENT service.

      David Jassir, MDDr. Jassir began his career in 1991 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rollins College in Winter Park, Fl. He then went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. Subsequently, he completed his 1-year Internship in General Surgery as well as his 4-year Residency in Otolaryngology.
