Before going to your office I spoke with a lady on the phone who checkedmy son's insurance as he is with my work provider. She told me he would be able to use both insurance as he has Aetna as well. When I arrived at the location for my appointmentwhich I have been waiting for since it takes a whileto get an appointment, the front desk lady proceeded to tell me I don'thave insurance for him that will cover it, I let her know to check my insurance to see. She did not find it so she dismissed us and told me to make another appointmentanother day to come back with my insurance information, I told her if she could give me time to make a calland resolve it and she said that will not be possible as will be pushingback patients. It seemed like a rude reaction and no empathy at all. My son has been going here for about 3 to 4 years and we like the Doctor but this is not the attitude I expect from her staff. My son has been waiting for this for a while and she just dismissedus without even asking if I was able to pay or find a solution.

If it wasn't for the doctor who happened to walk out from the back and help me, I would have given zero stars. Ignored from the minute I walked through the door. Out of three people sitting typing away at computers with no customers in front of them I was made to wait for at least 15 minutes to ask if I was in the correct place. Extremely unattentive and uninterested in helping me buy a set of contact lenses. Even though my insurance company and I spoke to them the day before about me coming in to pickup contact lenses, driving an hour each way, they couldn't supply them. Then no one could recall the phone conversation less than 24 hours before. This was an absolute fail!!

I recently went to Eye Center of South Florida to have my eyes examined. I met with Dr Morvarid Fallahzadeh who took great care of me. Her exam of my eyes was very thorough using state-of-the-art equipment. She explained her findings in detail and patiently answered my questions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. And their office is conveniently located off of I-75 and Sheraton in west Broward County.
