        There was a reason why I closed my account. The professionalism has went down. Plus every time I would walk in they asked if I wanted to open a credit card. When I closed my account everything was in good standing, somehow they reopened it to let a payment go through that I clearly removed PNC from. I called CS and was told to go into bank to pay off the balance when I did the teller was so rude and loud about it. Ive been on the phone with PNC 4x today which they acknowledge is their fault and still no solution. Now Im calling again and I hear their baby in background.
