I was in a refinance process with them which take a lot of time and the owner told me that they process is basically done I don’t need to pay my current mortgage month, few weeks after he told me we cannot close, he is unprofessional, dishonest and not responsible. As a result I have a missed payment and a late payment which caused a big drop in my credit score, in addition I am not qualify for some programs because of this missing payment!
